Employer branding game
Purpose
Employer branding games combine engaging game play with scaffolding, knowledge-based content. This way different audiences like students can be presented to a company or type of education while the teacher is completing a subject in the curriculum. The games’ strategical and competitive elements motivate and engage the students, while the incorporated assignments give them an insight into the work the education leads to.


Example
The Auditing and Accounting firm BDO needed a recruitment tool that could make students who were taking the business-oriented tertiary education interested in working as an accountant. We made a case competition game that is both fun and filled with knowledge. Since its launch, BDO has doubled their applicants for the trainee education.
